CFS 3114 성격발달 (Personality Development)
The goal of the course is to learn about modern theories and empirical research findings on the structure and development of personality across the lifespan using a combined perspective of developmental and personality psychology.
CFS 3123 유아발달 (Child Development)
This course is designed to provide an overview of physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development in early to middle childhood and related developmental issues and theories. At the end of the course, you are expected to
(1) describe concepts and theories in development,
(2) identify physical, cognitive, and social emotional changes that take place in early and middle childhood,
(3) explain methodologies used to study childhood development,
(4) discover the connections between developmental domains,
(5) analyze the mechanisms through which genes and different contexts of development influence child outcomes, and
(6) write about critical analyses that apply theories and empirical findings related to childhood development.
CFS 4107 인간생태연구 (Studies in Human Ecology)
The current research issues on human development are discussed through the life-span approach and ecological perspectives.
생애발달적 접근과 생태학적 관점에 기초하여 인간발달연구의 최근 경향을 파악하고 관련연구논문에 대한 비판 능력을 기른다.

The goal of the course is to discuss about theories and empirical research findings on the understanding, expression, and regulation of various emotions, the socialization of these emotional outcomes, and the role of emotions in the development of childhood adjustment and psychopathology.
CFS 6202 영유아발달 (Infant and Toddler Development)
This course is designed to provide an introduction to the study of infant development focusing on the neural, cognitive, social, and emotional changes mainly during the first three years of life. The goals of this course include
(1) identifying various influences affecting early development from an ecological perspective,
(2) explaining the bi- directionality of the influences between young children and their surrounding developmental contexts,
(3) familiarizing of the research methods used in studying infants, and
(4) applying theories and research findings on early childhood development to contemporary familial and social issues.
CFS 6008 아동가족문제와 사회적디자인 4 (Child and Family Issues and Social Design 4)
본 과목은 아동가족학과와 생활디자인학과의 학제 간 협동으로 개설된 과목으로서 본 과목에서 운영될 프로젝트는 아동 및 청소년의 발달과 관련된 문제 해결을 위한 사회적 디자인 개발을 목적으로 한다. 참여 학생들은 강의 및 워크샵을 이용한 융합적 교육 (아동가족학 + 디자인학)을 통하여 창의성과 사회혁신 역량을 개발하고 사회문제해결에 필요한 융합적 접근 방식과 전문성을 습득할 수 있을 것이다.

We will read and discuss about theories and issues related to personality development using an interdisciplinary approach combining personality psychology and developmental psychology.
본 과목은 성격심리학과 발달심리학의 이론들을 접목하여 전생애적 관점에서 성격발달의 과정과 관련요인 및 적응을 심층적으로 논의한다.
